Back to School Picnic
Our annual Back to School Picnic will be Wednesday, August 27, 6:00 P.M. at St. Anne’s School. Hot dogs, lemonade and tableware will be provided. Our school advisory group had their first meeting for the 2008-09 on Tuesday, August 5. Members of this group are: President – Tom Rabaey, Vice – Al Schwartz, Secretary – Jill Reinhardt and Roger Streeter, Julie Trimbo and Theresa Kelly.
Lunch
Please note that the forms for free and reduced lunch are enclosed. This year lunch prices are: $2.50 for students, $.50 for milk and $3.50 for adults.
This spring, during our administrative review, we were told that we can no longer give juice to students. If your child does not take milk they will need to bring their own beverage.
If your child is lactose intolerant you will need to fill out a form that can be obtained in the school office.
Activities Fee
Each family is asked to pay $20/student for children in grades 1-5 and $25 for kindergarten students. This fee is used for either Time or Weekly Reader, (classroom teacher’s discretion) for special class activities and for a birthday gift for their teacher and support staff. Please make a separate check out to Patrons and give to Mrs. Rasmusen in the school office.
Playground Noontime Supervision
We appreciate parents helping us with noon time supervision. If possible, we would appreciate you signing up for seven times or more of supervision. Our playground noon supervision times will run approximately 11:10 to 12:10. You may begin calling to schedule your seven times of playground times with Mrs. Rasmusen beginning on Monday, August 11th. Please remember that you also have the choice of giving us a donation of $50 rather than volunteering, however, we prefer volunteers.
